During this free guided tour, Jantien Jongsma will take you through the works she has created over the past 15 years. Her art in the exhibition Tree of Life focusses on the stages of life, with her own personal life being the starting point. She also refers to folk art and themes of a woman's life. Discover together with Jongsma what can be seen in her imagery, which reads like a diary in sketchbook form. 

Jantien Jongsma (1965) graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy and developed as a master of storytelling with mixed techniques on paper. Her colourful work features a combination of embroidery patterns, painting techniques and pencilwork, in which the focus is on the cycle of life.
